New Car Deals for August 2010: Mid-Size Cars
Not much action among midsize car incentives this month, though it is noteworthy that Chevrolet is already offering a $1,500 cash rebate on the 2011 versions of the Chevrolet Malibu that for the most part are only now beginning to roll off the assembly line. If you don’t mind buying a 2010 Malibu (there’s only minor differences between them), the rebate doubles to $3,000. The most generous cash-back offer goes to what is the forgotten car in this segment, the competent–-though otherwise uninspiring—Mitsubishi Galant.
